How long does delivery take?

We are based in Portlaoise, Ireland. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes:
  • Ireland                   2-4 working days. (An Post)
  • Northern Ireland    3-7 working days. (An Post)
  • United Kingdom    4-8 working days. (Royal Mail) 
  • Europe                   10-15 working days (An Post)
  • Rest of World        12-20 working days. (An Post)

Shipping times are based from date of postage (not time of purchase). This includes tracked shipping.

Can I track my order?

You can only track your order if you selected ‘Tracked Shipping’ at checkout, otherwise your order will be posted with standard delivery.

If you have received a tracking number it means that your order has been dispatched. In the event the tracking number does not work, it could be due to it not being loaded on to the DPD/An Post database. Check back after 6pm on same day and if it's still not showing please contact us at fadajewellers@gmail.com 

How much does delivery cost?

Fada offers free delivery for all orders over €75 in Ireland / £75 in UK / €100 Rest of World. 

Orders below will come with delivery charge of €4.95 in Ireland / £4.95 in UK / €8.95 in Rest of World.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order has not been delivered two weeks from dispatch date please contact us at fadajewellers@gmail.com. We cannot assist unless it has been two weeks since the dispatch date, as often order become delayed especially during holidays and with international deliveries.

Can I return / exchange my purchase?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns/Exchanges will be met with a €3 restocking fee to cover the cost of inspecting and repackaging the returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at fadajewellers@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We do not offer paid return labels.
  • Custom charges from the UK are borne by the customer, so will be taken from the amount paid.

  • All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.

  • All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot process a return for any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the event that an order is lost in transit due to an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund for the lost package. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services to our customers while maintaining a fair and sustainable business practice.

We strongly recommend our customers to double-check their delivery information before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience and disappointment caused by lost packages. If an error in the delivery address is detected after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update the information. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be redirected or recovered after it has been dispatched.

What should I do if I think my order has been lost?

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact us directly. Double check you have entered the correct address at the checkout as we cannot replace or refund products that have been sent to the wrong address.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the world. If the country you are based in is not showing at checkout, please email us at fadajewellers@gmail.com.

Can I send my order to an alternative address?

Of course, just enter the alternative delivery address into the delivery address section before you check out. If it is a gift that you are sending to the alternative address, you can also add a note to the order before you check out.
