Last day for dispatch for delivery by Christmas
Thursday 19th December is the final day for guaranteed delivery in Ireland.
Our fulfilment centre will continue processing orders until 23rd December. However, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed after this date, and a pickup option is not available.
Christmas closing times
Our office will be closed from 20th to 30th December.
Our team will be taking some time off to celebrate Christmas with their families and friends. Our response times may be longer than usual during this time, and we kindly ask for your patience. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to address all requests and queries promptly once we’re back in the office.

How long does delivery take?
We are based in Portlaoise, Ireland. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes:
- Ireland - An Post Express (1-2 Working Days)
- Northern Ireland - DPD Tracked (1-2 Working Days)
- United Kingdom - An Post Express (3-5 Working Days)
- Europe - An Post Express (3-5 Working Days)
- Rest of World - An Post Express (4-6 Working Days)
Shipping times are based from date of postage. This includes tracked shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Fada offers free delivery for all orders over €75 in Ireland / £75 in UK / €100 Rest of World. Orders below will come with delivery charge of
- Ireland - €5.95 Express Tracking
- Northern Ireland - £6.95 Express Tracking
- UK - £7.95 Express Tracking
- Europe - €10.95 Express Tracking
- Rest of World - €14.95 Express Tracking
"I want to return my purchase"
We've extended our return policy to 30-days for the Christmas season - valid for all orders up to the 6th of January.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for domestic and international returns. Please be aware before purchasing that we cannot refund shipping if you have returned an item to us.
To start the return of your order please log in to your account via our website. Enter the email address that you used to place your order & click continue.
You will be sent a code which will enable you to log into your account.
Here you will see your order & be able to request a return.
You will receive an email to confirm your request along with a Return Form which must be included with your return.
Refunds / Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In the event that an order is lost in transit due to an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund for the lost package. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services to our customers while maintaining a fair and sustainable business practice.
We strongly recommend our customers to double-check their delivery information before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience and disappointment caused by lost packages. If an error in the delivery address is detected after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update the information. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be redirected or recovered after it has been dispatched.
"I want to track my order"
If you have received a tracking number it means that your order has been dispatched.
In the event the tracking number does not work, it could be due to it not being loaded on to the DPD/An Post database. Check back after 6pm on same day and if it's still not showing please contact us at support@fadajewellers.com
"I haven't received my order"
If your order has not been delivered two weeks from dispatch date please contact us at support@fadajewellers.com. We cannot assist unless it has been two weeks since the dispatch date, as often order become delayed especially during holidays and with international deliveries.
"I think my order may be lost"
If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact us directly. Double check you have entered the correct address at the checkout as we cannot replace or refund products that have been sent to the wrong address.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the world. If the country you are based in is not showing at checkout, please email us at support@fadajewellers.com.
Can I send my order to an alternative address?
Of course, just enter the alternative delivery address into the delivery address section before you check out. If it is a gift that you are sending to the alternative address, you can also add a note to the order before you check out.
