Shipping
Orders are sent out during working days & will not be dispatched over the weekend. Shipping time frames are an estimate & are not guaranteed.
Estimated Delivery Times (From Date of Postage):
- Ireland – An Post Express (Up to 3 working days)
- Northern Ireland – DPD Tracked (Up to 3 working days)
- United Kingdom – An Post Express (Up to 5 working days)
- Europe – An Post Express (Up to 5 working days)
- Rest of the World – An Post Express (Up to 8 working days)
All orders include tracked shipping for peace of mind.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during bank holidays and busy seasonal periods. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, postal services may experience delays beyond our control.
Fada offers free delivery on orders over:
- €75 in Ireland
- £75 in the UK
- €100 for the Rest of the World
For orders below these amounts, the following delivery charges apply:
- Ireland – €5.95 (Express Tracked)
- Northern Ireland – £6.95 (Express Tracked)
- UK – £7.95 (Express Tracked)
- Europe – €10.95 (Express Tracked)
- Rest of the World – €14.95 (Express Tracked)
All orders include tracking for secure delivery.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Non-Refundable Items:
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This is in line with health and safety guidelines
How to Request a Return:
- Click on the person icon in the top corner of our website.
- Enter the email address used for your order and click Continue.
- You’ll receive a login code via email—use this to access your account.
- Locate your order and submit a return request.
- After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Return Form. This form must be included in the package with your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, so please keep this in mind before making a return.

Refund Process & Lost Package Policy

Refunds can take up to 21 days to process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

We do not cover return postage costs.

Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer an exchange service.
Warranty:
- If your item is damaged due to manufacturing defects, we offer a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers damages that occur under normal usage, such as broken clasps and faulty settings. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear, accidents, or improper care. Please see our care instructions beside each individual item description.
To request a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team at support@fadajelellery.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses
- If an order is lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund for the lost package.
- To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your delivery details before placing an order.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we’ll do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking
If you have received a tracking number, it means that your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking number does not work, it may not have been uploaded to the DPD/An Post database yet. Check again after 6 PM on the same day. If it's still not showing, please contact us at support@fadajewellers.com.
What Should I Do If I Haven’t Received My Order?
If your order has not been delivered two weeks from the dispatch date, please contact us at support@fadajewellers.com with your order number.
We cannot assist before two weeks have passed, as delays may occur, especially during holidays and with international deliveries.
If you are concerned that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us directly.
- Double-check that the correct delivery address was entered at checkout.
- We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
